Vision

Since our inception, we have adopted a vision a bout the best practices in home care. We believed that the adoption of technology within daily practices allows us to enhance the care for patients. In applying this vision, Sigma has established a research and development department in the year 2001. One of the first accomplishments within the department was the invention of the proprietary Sigma software, HomeCare Interactive™ and its upgrade HomeChart Access™. This software allows Clinicians involved in the patient care to monitor the progress of a wound healing or unstable vital signs by receiving alerts to abnormal results or on an on-demand bases 24 hours a day right from Clinician’s PC or laptop. Sigma was also able in the past 3 year to provide several methods of treatments that continue to improve outcomes and home care delivery for our patient population. Sigma’s product is being introduced nationally as the vision continues not only for Sigma but for the general practice of home care to improve.

Philosophy

While others made their business to be home care, we have made home care our business. We only strive to provide those services that we can be best at. We do not adopt a program we cannot perfect and we do heir or keep a person who cannot take home health care to heart.
