order to continue to provide excellent quality care our communities
have come to expect, Sigma Health Care conducts ongoing patient satisfaction
surveys. The results of these surveys are compared to home health
patient satisfaction surveys across the country, providing us with
a picture of how we are doing compared to others.

for improvement and implement action plans to meet the needs and expectations
