 At sigma Health Care, our in-home rehabilitation program is carefully designed to ensure the achievement of the highest functional levels for patients. 

The physician directed plan of treatment is implemented utilizing clinical pathways and treatment protocols that have demonstrated success within our patients' population. Goals for treatment are usually met, due to the integrated effort of the rehabilitations team. 

In addition to treating the patient, our rehabilitation team works with family members to make treatment in the natural setting of the home, a complete success.
