Sigma Health Care, our home rehabilitation program
is carefully designed to ensure the achievement of the
highest functional level for patients when delivered
in the home.
Physician's
directed plan of treatment is implemented within a clinical
pathway and treatment protocol that demonstrated success
within our patient population. Goals for treatment are
usually met, due to the integrated effort of the rehabilitation
team which leads to the achievement of desired status.
